Role overview
Atlantic Group is recruiting a Private Equity Investment Associate for a client in Chester County, PA. The role sits within a private equity environment and centers on transaction support, financial analysis, and investment evaluation. It is a strong opportunity to gain direct exposure to deals across industries such as healthcare and professional services while working alongside senior investment leaders in a collaborative, fast-moving setting.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with transaction workstreams, including due diligence, analysis, and coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
- Create and update financial models used to assess potential investments.
- Research companies and market trends to inform investment decisions.
- Review financial, operating, and market information during deal processes.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and help analyze ongoing results.
- Develop presentation decks and other investment materials for internal use.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting with M&A involvement is required.
- Prior exposure to evaluating transactions is preferred, especially in service-oriented businesses.
- Strong command of Excel and financial modeling is essential.
- Applicants should bring solid analytical ability, clear communication, and good interpersonal skills for a team-based environment.
Compensation and schedule
The annual compensation for this position is $120,000 to $140,000, plus bonus. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a hybrid work arrangement.
