Role Overview

The firm seeks a Private Equity Associate to join their Boca Raton office. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with seasoned investors, engaging with diverse investment opportunities such as assessing new platform acquisitions, evaluating add-on purchases, and supporting portfolio companies through various strategic and operational efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate throughout the entire investment process including financial modeling, valuations, market and industry research, and due diligence.
• Prepare materials for investment committees and assist with transaction execution.
• Continuously monitor portfolios post-investment to identify opportunities and risks.
• Gain extensive exposure to complex transactions within the rapidly expanding infrastructure and technology sectors.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in investment banking or private equity, ideally with a focus on Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), digital infrastructure, or communications infrastructure.
• Advanced analytical capabilities and proficiency in financial modeling.
• A strong passion for investing and comprehending technological sectors.
