Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Investment Associate to become an integral part of a streamlined investment team. The role encompasses involvement throughout the investment lifecycle, from initial evaluations and financial underwriting to due diligence, preparing Investment Committee presentations, and managing portfolio companies post-investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and update complex LBO, DCF, and operational financial models to assess new investment opportunities and evaluate risk.
  • Manage the due diligence process by coordinating with external legal, accounting, tax, and commercial advisors to thoroughly analyze target companies.
  • Prepare detailed and clear investment memorandums and presentations for the Investment Committee.
  • Carry out market and thematic industry research to discover lucrative investment opportunities and potential add-on acquisitions.
  • Engage with senior executives at portfolio companies to monitor financial performance and contribute to value creation strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or corporate development roles.
  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and valuation methodologies.
  • Have a proven record of managing transaction processes and preparing materials for Investment Committees.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex strategic ideas.
  • Maintain a strong sense of self-motivation, intellectual curiosity, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Offer a highly competitive base salary together with substantial performance-driven bonuses.
  • Receive direct mentorship from senior investment professionals and gain exposure to high-profile, intricate transactions.
  • Benefit from comprehensive health, retirement, and wellness programs.
