Job description
Role overview
This is a senior recruiting position for a partner company, with applications and follow-up handled by that employer. The role is based in the United States and is designed for someone who can combine strategic talent advisory with hands-on delivery.
You will influence hiring strategy across the business while also managing end-to-end recruiting for complex searches. The work is highly collaborative and fast paced, requiring comfort moving between executive-level guidance and individual contributor execution. You will support hiring across technical, product, operational, and customer-facing functions, with a strong focus on building diverse, high-performing teams and improving hiring systems. The role also allows you to use modern tools, including AI, to improve recruiting at scale.
Accountabilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple teams and levels, covering intake, sourcing, interviews, offer discussions, and closing candidates across leadership, technical, and go-to-market roles.
- Work closely with executives and hiring managers to advise on role scope, leveling, interview structure, and calibration of hiring standards.
- Develop and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, market research, and targeted outreach rather than depending only on inbound applicants.
- Coordinate with contract recruiters and other support partners to keep hiring work moving smoothly and to protect the candidate experience.
- Use AI-enabled tools and recruiting platforms to strengthen sourcing, outreach, screening, and pipeline analysis, while improving efficiency and quality.
- Handle compensation conversations with support from total rewards, including market benchmarking, pay equity considerations, and negotiation of offers.
- Oversee external agencies when needed, ensuring expectations are clear and performance is aligned with hiring goals.
- Measure and report on recruiting performance indicators such as time to fill, pipeline strength, source quality, and offer acceptance rates.
- Improve recruiting operations, systems, and workflows, including ATS usage, interviewer enablement, and hiring process design.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including work on senior, technical, and commercial roles in fast-moving organizations.
- Background recruiting in startup, SaaS, and/or healthcare or health tech settings.
- Ability to operate broadly across different role families and shifting hiring priorities.
- Confidence advising executives and senior stakeholders with strong judgment and business understanding.
- Experience independently running recruiting processes in lean, high-autonomy environments.
- Strong sourcing capability with a history of building proactive, diverse pipelines.
- Good grasp of compensation benchmarking, pay equity principles, and offer negotiation.
- Practical experience using AI tools within recruiting workflows with measurable impact on speed or quality.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Commitment to inclusive hiring and structured recruiting practices that support team diversity.
Benefits
- Competitive pay that reflects senior recruiting responsibility and impact.
- Fully remote work within the United States; candidates must be eligible to work from the continental U.S.
- High autonomy with the chance to shape hiring strategy at the company level.
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and cross-functional decision-making.
- Access to modern recruiting technology and flexibility to bring AI into daily work.
- A meaningful role influencing team growth and organizational capability at scale.
- A collaborative, fast-moving environment with a strong ownership mindset.
- Opportunity to build and refine scalable recruiting systems and processes.
