Presentation Designer - Investment Banking Support

About the Role

We the Makers is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer to become part of our Presentation Design Studio. The position involves providing design support to internal teams involved in Investment Banking, including Banking & Corporate Markets Advisory, Treasury & Trade Solutions, and Markets. This opportunity exists in a dynamic, around-the-clock production setting where the designer will craft impactful presentations, pitch books, deal materials, and other visual elements supporting major banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create live deliverables such as pitch books, deal books, presentation covers, templates, infographics, and client-facing presentation materials.
• Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and innovative design solutions.
• Produce illustrations, maps, logos, and motion graphics to enhance content.
• Work closely with workflow teams and relevant stakeholders to understand projects goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Uphold high-quality control standards, accurately track work progress, and ensure correct billing procedures.
• Assist in onboarding and provide mentorship to incoming team members.
• Participate in refining processes and promoting design best practices across the team.

Required Experience and Skills

• 2 to 5+ years of graphic or presentation design experience in a corporate or client-focused environment.
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Investment Banking settings is preferred.
• A robust portfolio demonstrating strong presentation and graphic design capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially intermediate to advanced PowerPoint skills, Excel, and Word.
• Skilled usage of Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat Professional.

Additional Skills (Advantageous)

• Familiarity with MapInfo, Adobe Animate, Adobe Audition, and Blender.
• Understanding of print production workflows.
