About the Role
Kodak Alaris is looking for a practical, customer-oriented Pre Sales Specialist to support clients and channel partners across the APAC region. In this role, you will help organizations improve document workflows by showcasing scanning solutions, capture software, and AI-enabled automation tools.
The position is suited to someone who enjoys solving business problems, explaining technology clearly, and turning workflow challenges into workable solutions. The role involves regular customer engagement and travel within APAC.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product demonstrations for scanner hardware, capture applications, and AI-based workflow tools.
- Support sales teams and channel partners during technical and solution discussions.
- Help define solution scope and design, and contribute to lightweight proof-of-concept work.
- Train partners and end users on products and workflows.
- Coordinate closely with product and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Background in scanners, capture software, workflow automation, intelligent document processing, or MFD/copier presales.
- Confident presentation skills and a strong customer-facing approach.
- Ability to translate technical ideas into simple, business-friendly language.
- Exposure to scripting or automation tools such as JSON, Power Automate, or Java is a plus.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is an added advantage.
