Job Overview

As a Presales Engineer at Levantech, you will serve as the technical expert during our sales engagements, ensuring alignment between our technical solutions and clients' business needs. You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to develop tailored, scalable, and secure cloud and AI architectures that resonate with enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery sessions to deeply understand client challenges, their infrastructure environment, and business objectives.
• Work jointly with engineering teams to design secure, scalable, and cost-efficient technical architectures.
• Create and deliver impactful technical presentations, tailored product demonstrations, and proofs of concept that clearly communicate the business value of our solutions.
• Develop technical architecture documentation and compose precise technical content in response to RFPs, RFIs, and enterprise proposals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven success in a Presales, Sales Engineering, or Cloud Solutions Architect role working with enterprise-grade software, focusing on demonstrated skills and hands-on expertise over formal years of experience.
• Robust hands-on experience with and deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, specifically Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform, with relevant certifications being highly valued.
• Strong familiarity with modern AI and machine learning technologies, API integrations, and enterprise SaaS delivery methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex cloud architectures and AI workflows effectively to executive stakeholders.
• Levantech prioritizes actual capabilities and technical acumen rather than emphasizing a fixed number of years of experience.
