About the Role

Keystone Realtors is looking for a Pre Sales professional in Thane to support the early stages of the sales journey for real estate prospects. The role focuses on client engagement, project presentation, lead nurturing, and coordinating site visits to help move interested buyers toward booking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp to understand their needs and establish a strong first impression.
  • Present real estate projects in a clear and tailored way so that the offering aligns with each client’s requirements.
  • Encourage interested buyers to visit the site by communicating the project’s strengths and value proposition effectively.
  • Answer questions and address objections with confidence, ensuring communication remains helpful, persuasive, and clear.
  • Track and manage digital leads from multiple sources, maintain interaction records, and continue follow-ups until the booking stage.
  • Assess potential clients based on their budget, preferences, and investment goals, and support them through the initial property-buying process.
  • Coordinate with Closing Managers and the Pre-Sales team to keep communication smooth and avoid process gaps.
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding changing needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Maintain call quality standards by following the prescribed sales call audit sheet and process flow.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and represent the company positively in all initial interactions.
  • Keep nurturing prospects through regular follow-ups and guide them toward successful conversion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling objections, developing rapport, and managing multiple leads in a busy, client-facing environment.
  • Applicants should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales setup.
  • A diploma or equivalent qualification is acceptable; candidates with a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or fresh MBA graduates will have an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in presales, customer service, or real estate sales support is preferred, especially with lead handling and site visit coordination.
  • This is a full-time position with a 6-day working week, including weekends, and one weekday off along with 1 staggered off per month.

Additional Information

Salary range: INR 50,000 to INR 700,000 per year.

Graduation is not mandatory for this opportunity.
