Role Overview
As an essential member of the team, you will oversee the daily functions of the PPC Desk, ensuring that trades are executed efficiently and customer service is upheld at the highest level. This position involves collaboration with traders, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to maintain smooth operational flow and address any trade execution issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the PPC Desk to guarantee accurate and timely trade executions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing queries and resolving problems.
- Work closely with traders, sales departments, and other parties to facilitate seamless trade processes.
- Keep a vigilant watch on risks, identifying potential problems and implementing corrective measures.
- Investigate and reconcile trade discrepancies in a timely and precise manner.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as finance or business.
- A minimum of three years in a similar capacity, ideally within trading or sales-related environments.
- Comprehensive understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and risk management fundamentals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across diverse groups.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
