Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled PowerPoint Specialist for a contract role performed remotely. This position involves designing and initiating sophisticated business tasks reflective of professional use of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, replicating scenarios from large Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and simulate complex business assignments requiring expert knowledge of Office Open XML files, with an emphasis on .pptx formats.
• Work collaboratively with an advanced large language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and generate business documents.
• Evaluate and choose the best outcome from two LLM-produced deliverables per task, judging quality and accuracy.
• Develop prompts and assignments that normally demand extensive business expertise and several hours of effort if done without AI support.
• Conduct structured, four-turn interactions with the LLM, providing feedback and preferences after each exchange.
• Record findings and suggest improvements to enhance LLM processing of practical business documentation.
• Offer specialized knowledge to support cross-functional applications such as reporting, presenting, analysis, and strategic proposals in various industries and business roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent experience executing complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or high-level consultancies.
• Expertise in PowerPoint complemented by substantial experience with Excel and Word, with proven achievements in professional business document creation and review.
• Demonstrated ability to design and manage projects across sectors including finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail, and functions like strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or human resources.
• Skilled in creating realistic business workflows and scenarios used for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear and effective feedback.
• Experience interacting with LLMs or AI-driven tools in iterative, conversational settings is highly valued.
• Professional backgrounds such as private equity associate, investment banking analyst, consultant, financial planning & analysis analyst, HR specialist, or marketing strategist align well with this role.
