PowerPoint Specialist - Remote Contract Role

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned PowerPoint Specialist with substantial experience in business documentation, consulting, or corporate strategy to join a remote contract project, preferably based in Australia or approved international regions excluding OFAC countries. The position involves contributing to AI training projects by crafting realistic business scenarios and evaluating advanced language model outputs through expert document creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex business task scenarios mimicking Fortune 500 environments.
• Create, edit, and optimize Office Open XML and .pptx files collaboratively with advanced language models.
• Critically assess and compare outputs produced by large language models, choosing the highest quality deliverables.
• Provide structured, four-turn conversational feedback with clear action points and preference ratings.
• Utilize expertise from finance, consulting, and strategy domains to manage sophisticated business use cases and cross-functional reporting.

Requirements

• 4 to 30 years of focused experience in business documentation, consulting, or corporate strategy with a stable employment background and minimal job-hopping.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Office Open XML formats.
• Exceptional English communication skills tailored for collaboration and delivering structured feedback.
• Ability to work fully remotely, adhering to location constraints primarily in Australia or other approved global non-OFAC regions.
