Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels efficiently and punctually to designated addresses.
- Provide excellent customer service to the community, acting as a friendly and reliable point of contact.
- Manage delivery routes effectively, ensuring all items are delivered within specified timeframes.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing Royal Mail.
Requirements
- Possession of a full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Organised, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Independent, self-motivated, and possess an upbeat attitude.
- A strong sense of community and pride in your work.
- Comfortable working within a team and independently.

Additional Information
The working hours are 35 per week, spread across 5 days from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00. While roles with 35-40 hours are listed as full-time for search purposes, the employment contract will classify roles under 40 hours as part-time.
