Responsibilities
- Securely deliver all assigned mail and packages along your designated route.
- Handle and deliver specific items, including election materials, food products, and alcohol, adhering to Royal Mail's business standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Royal Mail as a friendly face in the community.
- Work efficiently and punctually to meet delivery schedules.
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely and competently.
Requirements
- Possession of a full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
- Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Organised, punctual, and capable of delivering high-quality customer service.
- A strong sense of community and pride in your work.
- Independent, self-motivated, and upbeat attitude.
- Comfortable with working a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends.
