Responsibilities

• Securely deliver all assigned mail and packages along your designated route.
• Handle and deliver specific items, including election materials, food products, and alcohol, adhering to Royal Mail's business standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent Royal Mail as a friendly face in the community.
• Work efficiently and punctually to meet delivery schedules.
• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and competently.

Requirements

• Possession of a full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
• Ability to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Organised, punctual, and capable of delivering high-quality customer service.
• A strong sense of community and pride in your work.
• Independent, self-motivated, and upbeat attitude.
• Comfortable with working a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends.

Eligibility

This role is open to individuals who possess a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Applicants should be comfortable with physical work, including walking long distances and working outdoors in all weather conditions. A strong sense of community and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential.
