About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Porter to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations within Chartwells. This full-time position involves working 40 hours per week with a contract spanning 48 weeks annually. As a Porter, you will contribute your skills to uphold high standards in customer service and cleanliness, while advancing your career with a supportive company that values individuality and rewards exceptional contributions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby and other public spaces.
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams by setting up rooms and relocating furniture as needed.
• Perform reception-related tasks such as booking theatre tickets and making restaurant reservations.
• Address customer requests promptly and efficiently.
• Run errands to facilitate smooth operations.
• Promote customer safety by placing and removing caution signs indicating hazards like wet floors or wet paint.
