Role overview
UG2 is hiring Porters / Cleaners for multiple shifts in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role focuses on keeping high-traffic and highly visible areas clean, tidy, and presentable, along with handling extra cleaning or maintenance tasks requested by the client or property team.
There are multiple openings available, and both male and female cleaners can apply.
Core responsibilities
- Keep exterior areas free of litter by sweeping walkways and emptying outside trash containers when needed.
- Maintain lobbies and entry points in a consistently neat condition by wiping glass, clearing debris, mopping small spills and wet-weather tracking, cleaning walls and trim, removing trash, and emptying ashtrays.
- Ensure restrooms remain usable at all times by cleaning sinks, drying counters, replenishing paper goods and supplies, mopping spills, wiping mirrors, clearing litter, and cleaning toilets and seats as required.
- Keep corridors and stairwells in serviceable condition by removing litter, spot-cleaning doors, addressing spills on carpet and hard floors, and cleaning drinking fountains.
- Maintain elevator cabs and doors by cleaning floors and removing marks or spots.
- Provide cleaning support in executive areas when needed.
- Remove trash from busy spaces such as lunchrooms and conference rooms.
- Take on additional assignments requested by the property or facility manager, including snow shoveling, applying deicer at entrances and stairs, setting up furniture for events, relamping fixtures, shredding, sorting or baling trash, and light landscaping.
- Carry out other routine maintenance duties as assigned.

The role involves regular interaction with leaders, stakeholders, customers, visitors, clients, and fellow team members.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service and/or facility services is required.
- Prior floor care experience is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and people skills are important.
- Ability to deliver good customer service and handle client-facing situations professionally.
- Capability to manage several tasks at once and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
Working conditions
This position requires physical activity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The job may involve standing, sitting, walking, bending, and repeated movements, along with maintaining organization and accuracy while working in different physical positions.
