Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a PMO Manager to oversee portfolio-level PMO and financial operations for a large program set. The role focuses on end-to-end resource planning, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and revenue governance while working closely with delivery, finance, and HR teams to align demand with supply.
Key Responsibilities
The position involves improving resource productivity, ensuring billing accuracy, and supporting AR and audit-related activities. You will coordinate across functions to manage resource allocation, utilization, and deployment effectively.
Experience and Functional Requirements
The ideal candidate should bring around 10 years of experience in PMO, revenue management, P&L, and financial operations. Prior exposure to revenue governance, including PPR, revenue, margin, and profitability analysis, is required. Experience in driving timesheet compliance, PM confirmations, and T&B submission is also important.
