Responsibilities
- Support in project planning, scheduling, and tracking activities relating to Gas and Chemical Distribution system packages.
- Monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) work progress at the site.
- Assist with installation, inspection, and testing of gas and chemical systems.
- Coordinate efforts across multidisciplinary teams including HVAC, Electrical, Cleanroom, and Mechanical to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and progress tracking tools.
- Facilitate vendor communications, procurement follow-ups, and allocation of resources.
- Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance standards throughout project execution.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives and share knowledge within the team.
Essential Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable and prepared for hands-on involvement in site conditions.
- Analytical thinking abilities.
- Strong skills in project planning and control.
- Effective problem-solving capability.
- Experience in executing MEP related tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in program or project management activities focused on utility plants is required.
