About the Company and Role
Amaren Circuit Pvt. Ltd., based in Chakan, Pune, specializes in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), Special Purpose Machines (SPM), and Industrial Automation. They are currently seeking a skilled PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions for EMS manufacturing lines, special purpose machines, automated test fixtures, and production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLCs and design HMIs for production environments.
- Automate SPM machines including commissioning and setting up automated PCB test fixtures.
- Work on functional, in-circuit, and end-of-line automated testing systems.
- Handle electrical wiring of control panels and troubleshoot pogo pin test fixtures.
- Manage wiring, calibration, and commissioning of servo motors and motion control equipment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in PLC programming, SPM development, EMS automation, or industrial automation.
- Immediate joining candidates preferred.
Technical Skills Needed
- Hands-on experience with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, and Omron.
- Proficiency in HMI development and industrial communication protocols.
- Expertise in motion control and integrating servo motors.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and electrical control panel wiring.
- Ability to develop test fixtures and conduct PCB functional testing.
Preferred Additional Skills
- LabVIEW programming and test automation skills.
- Knowledge of National Instruments DAQ systems and instrumentation.
- Experience developing automated FCT and integrating ICT fixtures.
- Experience with barcode and traceability technologies, as well as machine vision integration.
- Familiarity with SMT and PCB assembly processes in EMS manufacturing environments.
Compensation
The salary offered ranges from INR 40,000 to INR 50,000 per month.

Position is based at Chakan, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
