Responsibilities
As a Plant Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of excavators and various civil plant equipment as part of civil construction and road maintenance projects. Your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality results that benefit customers and the communities served.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Possession of a Class 2 or higher driver’s license including Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers endorsements.
- Experience in road maintenance and/or civil construction industries.
- Demonstrated competence in caring for, maintaining, and operating plant machinery responsibly.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and accountability for site safety practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
