Job description
Role Overview
AIM Industries Co. Factory is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to take charge of its manufacturing operations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The business is one of the Kingdom's longest-running manufacturers of hydraulically pressed precast concrete, serving major developers and landscape architects across the GCC with the Grana-Lux paving line, kerbstones, outdoor furniture, and other hardscape solutions.
The company brings more than 22 years of manufacturing experience and operates with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certifications, along with a 10-year product warranty. This position is intended for a hands-on plant leader who has spent a career in hydraulic press facilities, understands installed product performance, and can keep a production plant operating efficiently and reliably.
Key Role Focus
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading day-to-day plant operations, maintaining production standards, and ensuring the facility continues to deliver high-quality precast products at scale. The role calls for strong technical depth, practical factory leadership, and the ability to resolve complex operational issues without disrupting output.
Experience and Technical Background
Ideal applicants will bring at least 10 years of experience in hydraulically pressed precast concrete manufacturing. Experience limited to wet-cast production will not be considered. Relevant exposure to precast concrete furniture, including UHPC, HPC, and architectural stone, is also important.
Applicants should have strong knowledge of hydraulic press machinery, concrete mix design, and aggregate handling systems, along with a solid record of supervising production teams of 50 or more operatives. Familiarity with BS EN 1339 or comparable international quality standards is expected, as is a disciplined approach to quality assurance and quality control.
Quality Expectations
The plant manager will be expected to maintain strict control over compressive strength, dimensional accuracy, and colour consistency, while ensuring the final product meets the standards required for installation and long-term performance.
Location and Support
The job is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Relocation support and Iqama sponsorship will be provided for the right candidate.
Compensation
The offered package is SAR 12,000 to SAR 15,000, inclusive of car, accommodation, and related benefits.
Additional Notes
The employer is especially interested in candidates with direct experience from the UK or the UAE. The role requires someone who can handle multiple operational challenges calmly and effectively, even when problems have different causes and no single solution fits every situation.
Application Note
Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV to the company for consideration.
