About the Role
BigBasket is actively recruiting Picker and Packer staff to join our warehouse team in Bhubaneswar. This role suits individuals eager to build or advance their careers in a rapidly expanding sector, providing valuable practical experience.
Job Location and Details
The position is based at Kiit Square, Patia, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. There are 5 openings available, with a work schedule of 9 hours daily.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed 10th, 12th grade, ITI or possess a diploma are eligible to apply. Both freshers and those with previous experience in similar roles will be considered.
Compensation
The gross monthly compensation (CTC) amounts to ₹16,101, which includes an in-hand salary of ₹13,000 plus Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelving units.
- Organize, stack, and sort product inventory efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold discipline standards within the warehouse environment.
