Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Picker and Packer associates to join our team supporting a prominent FMCG retail client. The role involves selecting products as per order slips and ensuring they are packed securely for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from shelves guided by specific order documents.
- Securely pack products utilizing suitable packaging materials.
- Inspect product quality and confirm order accuracy prior to packing.
- Maintain tidiness and efficient organization of the workspace.
- Use scanners or other warehouse tools as necessary to facilitate operations.
- Achieve daily targets for both productivity and quality standards.
- Report any damaged goods or inventory inconsistencies to supervisors promptly.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies while on duty.
