Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to become part of our expanding team, providing high-quality services within the Support at Home Program throughout metropolitan Adelaide. This role suits clinicians who value autonomy, flexibility, meaningful client connections, and practice within community settings. The position is full-time and based in the Adelaide metropolitan area, specifically Unley, SA 5061.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough physiotherapy assessments and provide suitable interventions.
  • Create personalised treatment plans that focus on patient goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy care in community environments.
  • Support clients' mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
  • Implement strategies focusing on falls prevention and pain management.
  • Prescribe appropriate mobility aids and design exercise programs.
  • Keep precise clinical documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to optimise outcomes.

Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum of 2 years clinical experience preferred.
  • Valid South Australian driver’s licence.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Up-to-date First Aid & CPR certification.
  • Annual influenza vaccination compliance.
