Position Overview

The role involves working as a key member of the Physiotherapy Team, delivering competent, safe, and effective assessment, advice, and treatment to patients. The position may involve either a role with a rotational pattern every four months or a fixed post.

Working Schedule

The working hours for this role are Monday through Friday during daytime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional and legal accountability for all work performed, including direct and indirect patient care.
  • Assess patient capacity, obtain valid consent, and work within legal guidelines for patients unable to provide consent.
  • Delegate and supervise tasks for Physiotherapy Support Workers to optimize efficiency and treatment outcomes.
  • Engage actively in team and specialist in-service training to encourage personal and professional growth.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Registered Physiotherapist holding valid HCPC registration.
  • Strong teamwork abilities combined with the capability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Possession of a full UK/EU/EEA driving license and access to a vehicle.
