Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Photographer/Videographer to join SIAD Holding's team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position involves collaborating with the Marketing Department to create visual content that supports various campaigns and initiatives across SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to grasp campaign goals, target audience insights, platform needs, and deliverable expectations.
• Engage in content planning, providing recommendations for appropriate visual strategies aligned with diverse brands and activities.
• Prepare mood boards, visual references, shot lists, production timelines, and assess location needs ahead of shoots.
• Conduct site surveys to evaluate lighting conditions, framing, accessibility, operational requirements, and other production considerations.
• Identify and arrange necessary props, equipment, permissions, styling, and logistical support prior to production starts.
• Coordinate effectively with marketing, hospitality, tourism, transportation, and operations teams to ready locations and participants.
• Ensure all required permissions and arrangements are finalized before production commencement.
• Capture high-quality professional photos and videos featuring SIAD Holding’s hotels, rooms, restaurants, facilities, tourism services, transport fleets, corporate functions, events, exhibitions, staff, and operational sites.
• Adjust shooting methods to fit various contexts, including corporate communications, social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, and print materials.
• Employ comprehensive expertise in lighting, composition, framing, camera movement, audio, and storytelling techniques.
• Professional direction of employees, guests, models, or other individuals during shoots as necessary.
• Travel to diverse locations and work outside normal hours when needed to cover events and activities.
• Edit photos and videos to meet professional standards, including color correction, grading, retouching, sound editing, sequencing, and other post-production tasks.
• Produce multiple content versions suited to specific platforms like social media, web, presentations, digital ads, and display screens.
• Regularly review existing photographic and videographic archives to identify outdated, missing, inconsistent, or low-quality visuals.
• Propose new visual content needs based on campaign demands, business priorities, seasonal campaigns, and platform performance analytics.
• Help cultivate a uniform visual identity for SIAD Holding and its subsidiaries.
• Organize and maintain raw and edited media files using a structured folder and naming format.
• Manage and keep accessible a comprehensive visual asset library for the Group and its subsidiaries.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Photography, Film Production, Media Production, Visual Communication, or related disciplines preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of demonstrated professional experience in photography and videography.
• Proven capability to oversee the entire production lifecycle, from pre-production planning through shooting to editing and delivery.
• Must be a Saudi national.
