About the Position

We are looking for skilled Photographers with solid professional videography experience based in or near Kapaa, HI. This role involves creating exceptional visual content for various projects, requiring creativity, reliability, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should work well independently in fast-moving environments, ensuring a high quality of visual storytelling through both photographs and videos.

Key Duties

• Work closely with clients and team members to grasp project goals and creative direction.
• Capture excellent photos and videos across diverse scenarios and settings.
• Apply professional techniques in camera handling, lighting, and composition.
• Provide refined photo and video content promptly for marketing and promotional usage.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in both photography and videography is essential.
• Ownership of a professional DSLR or mirrorless camera is required.
• Must have a gimbal stabilizer compatible with professional camera equipment and be proficient in its use.
• Capability to produce high-quality photo and video materials as per project demands.
• Skilled in photo or video editing software.
• Strong knowledge of lighting, framing, and overall composition principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to operate independently and manage time efficiently.
