Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join Credent Healthcare based in Bangalore, Karnataka. This position involves home collection of blood samples, ensuring the highest standards of sample handling and patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients at their homes efficiently and safely.
- Handle and transport samples with care to maintain their integrity.
- Maintain professional and courteous interaction to ensure patient comfort throughout the procedure.
- Adhere strictly to infection control and quality assurance protocols to ensure safety and compliance.
- Label and document samples accurately to prevent errors.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Certification in DMLT, MLT, or BMLT is mandatory.
- Preferably candidates with prior experience in phlebotomy.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle patients with empathy.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Compensation and Working Hours
- Monthly salary ranging between ₹25,000 to ₹28,000 (net in-hand).
- Travel allowance reimbursed at ₹3 per kilometer.
- Work schedule consists of 9 hours daily.
