Role Overview
The organization is seeking a Personnel Manager to oversee HR goals, ensure compliance with applicable local regulations, and support the division’s personnel and administrative activities in line with Group Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage personnel operations so HR objectives are delivered in accordance with company policies and local legal requirements.
- Support administrative and personnel-related functions for the division.
Candidate Profile
Shortlisting will be based on the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or another closely related discipline.
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience as a Senior Personnel professional or Manager.
- Working knowledge of computers and exposure to SAP environments.
- Previous experience in a multicultural workplace.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Financial acumen, customer focus, action orientation, planning and alignment, accountability, optimization of work processes, and sound decision-making.
- Ability to develop talent, communicate effectively, and demonstrate integrity, trust, and self-awareness.
- Situational adaptability, confidentiality, and technical understanding of personnel services.
