Job Responsibilities

• Developing and discussing contractual agreements with clients and staff members.
• Supporting and advising business clients on all matters related to personnel deployment.
• Coordinating assignments and approaching tasks with solution-focused strategies, independently implementing your ideas and concepts in daily work.
• Sales activities involving actively convincing and inspiring people about our services both in person and over the phone.

Candidate Profile

• You have a communicative personality and enjoy engaging with people enthusiastically.
• You demonstrate sales affinity along with a goal-oriented and proactive work approach.
• You prefer to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks.
• You hold a completed commercial apprenticeship; however, career changers are warmly welcomed.
