Job description
The role
This is a busy, people-focused opportunity with the Infinite Operations team at the Mt Lofty care home in Toowoomba. The position is centered on using your administration and customer service strengths to improve the day-to-day experience of residents and their families. You will help maintain a warm, well-organised, and supportive environment for everyone visiting the home.
In this position, you will collaborate with the General Manager, nursing and care staff, allied health professionals, residents, and family members. Your work will involve delivering prompt, professional, and discreet administrative assistance while supporting compliance with company procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.
This is a permanent full-time role reporting to the General Manager, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
About you
The ideal candidate is an experienced administrator with strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced care environment.
Additional requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong and accurate data entry capability, along with the ability to self-manage tasks.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
- A flexible, positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting quality aged care.
- A proactive approach to recognising and helping prevent workplace safety hazards.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.

Eligibility and compliance

Working conditions
This role is based onsite at the Mount Lofty care home in Westbrook, Queensland. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
