About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Personal Branding Expert based in Coimbatore to join Bolt Digitech. This role involves creating content with high audience retention, researching viral trends, guiding clients during shoots to enhance on-camera presence, and aiding in the development of personal brands via social media platforms.

Key Duties

• Investigate trending topics, viral content ideas, and competitor approaches on Instagram.
• Craft engaging scripts designed to maximize viewer engagement and watch times.
• Provide clients with direction during shoots, helping with expressions, voice modulation, body language, and camera presence.
• Work closely with video editors to ensure the final product aligns with the intended creative vision.
• Oversee multiple client accounts while maintaining high-quality standards and consistency.
• Coordinate with the creative team to deliver content on schedule.

Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in content strategy, personal branding, or social media marketing.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram Reels and their content dynamics.
• Excellent skills in scriptwriting and storytelling to create compelling narratives.
• Strong ability to identify relevant trends and convert them into successful content.
• Effective communication and client management capabilities.
• Creative approach with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience utilizing content analytics tools is beneficial.
