Role overview
We are looking for a polished, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO from our Dubai office. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to someone who performs well in a busy environment and can handle shifting priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Key duties
The role centers on providing complete executive and administrative support to the CEO. You will manage the daily calendar, arrange meetings, coordinate travel and accommodation, and keep communication flowing smoothly between internal teams and outside contacts.
You will also draft correspondence, presentations, reports, and other business documents, while handling confidential information with care.
Beyond executive support, the position includes following up on administrative tasks, keeping records and files well organized, and helping with both business-related and personal errands to improve the CEO's day-to-day productivity. Some flexibility beyond standard working hours may be needed for urgent issues, meetings, or business commitments.
Qualifications
Applicants should have prior experience supporting a CEO, executive, or other senior leader in a similar personal assistant or executive assistant capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are important, along with the ability to communicate professionally with people at every level.
You should be confident in diary management, calendar coordination, and travel planning, as well as executive administration, document handling, filing, and office support.
Excellent organization is essential, including the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
A high standard of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, plus digital collaboration platforms, is expected.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related sector will be considered an advantage.
English fluency is mandatory, and knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive compensation package, UAE employment benefits in line with UAE Labour Law, the chance to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving organization, and opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
