Where you'll work
Job description
Role overview
This position supports a highly entrepreneurial CEO who manages several businesses, international investments, and a demanding, fast-moving personal and professional schedule. The role is central to keeping daily operations organised and moving forward, with every day likely to bring different priorities and tasks.
The person in this role will work very closely with the founder, helping to build order, resolve issues, balance competing demands, and keep key matters on track behind the scenes. You may be arranging overseas travel and a complex calendar one day, then coordinating with advisors, supporting investment-related work, or following up on strategic actions the next.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a busy diary and manage calendars across multiple time zones.
- Plan international travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and end-to-end logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication while serving as a reliable first point of contact.
- Assist with investments, business interests, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with advisors, business partners, service providers, and senior stakeholders.
- Monitor action items, deadlines, and priority tasks.
- Carry out research and support ad hoc assignments when needed.
- Provide senior-level executive support in an environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Candidate profile
The ideal applicant brings substantial experience supporting CEOs, founders, UHNW individuals, or family offices. Exposure to international businesses, investments, or entrepreneurial settings will be a strong advantage, and European experience is particularly desirable.
You should be an excellent communicator, both in writing and speaking, with a polished and highly professional manner. The role calls for someone who is proactive, practical, and focused on finding solutions, as well as someone who can stay a step ahead and identify needs before they are raised.
Strong organisation, careful attention to detail, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. The right person should be comfortable working with very little supervision and be confident in a dynamic environment.
Ideal background
- Support experience with founders and entrepreneurs.
- Background assisting CEOs or managing directors.
- Exposure to family office environments.
- Experience in investment-related businesses.
- Experience with private equity or venture capital professionals.
- Work history supporting UHNW individuals.
- Experience in fast-growing companies.
What success in this role looks like
This is not a reactive, task-by-task support position. Success means taking ownership, anticipating needs, solving problems before they escalate, and acting as a trusted partner in managing daily priorities.
The role offers direct exposure to a founder-led environment, global business interests, and a wide range of stakeholders and projects. It is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working at the centre of an active organisation.
Additional information
This opportunity is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a full-time, onsite position. No salary, start date, application deadline, number of openings, or other compensation details were provided.
