Key Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning tasks effectively to meet agreed standards and prioritize workloads.
- Report any detected repairs during cleaning activities promptly.
- React promptly to any identified service deficiencies.
- Perform daily maintenance on equipment as trained and communicate issues found.
- Execute special or additional cleaning tasks when requested.
- Monitor cleaning supply stocks, maintaining adequate levels and requesting replenishments as needed.
- Participate in required training sessions.
- Use chemicals and cleaning equipment following training and safety guidelines.
- Engage with clients professionally and escalate matters to ensure timely resolutions.
- Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, reporting hazards and risks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment, supplies, and storage areas.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in workplace cleaning is beneficial.
- Good punctuality and time management skills.
- Customer service experience and a professional approach.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in work execution.
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English to comply with safety procedures.
Employment Details
- Position type: Permanent full-time contract.
- Work hours: 40 hours per week.
- Location: Mobile across Wales.
- Salary package: £28,052 annually plus a monthly car allowance of £310.
