About the Role

Growth Cab is seeking a Performance Manager who will focus on enhancing execution, accountability, and overall business performance company-wide. The role centers on driving teams to operate at peak efficiency by developing robust performance systems, tracking key metrics, and collaborating closely with leaders across go-to-market, operations, and client delivery functions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and oversee key performance indicators (KPIs) for various teams and business areas.
  • Continuously monitor performance data to detect trends, risks, and areas that can be optimized.
  • Create and maintain reporting mechanisms and performance dashboards for transparent visibility.
  • Partner with team leaders to boost productivity, enhance quality, and ensure accountability.
  • Analyze operational workflows and suggest quantifiable improvements.
  • Assist in planning, forecasting, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Convert collected data into actionable insights and informed business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in operations, performance management, business analytics, or revenue operations.
  • Strong skills in analysis and solving complex problems.
  • Experience in designing and implementing reporting frameworks and performance monitoring systems.
  • Excellent organizational abilities coupled with effective communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheet software, and various reporting tools.
