About the Role
Become a key contributor on our Workforce Solutions team by serving as a Performance Data Analyst. Your responsibility will be to enhance transparency and accountability by delivering data-driven insights that improve Workforce Solutions programs. Using dashboard and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, you will convert complex datasets into straightforward, actionable reports that help shape program strategy and track performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with leadership, Quality Assurance, and compliance teams to analyze program data trends across multiple systems. Track performance relative to contract benchmarks and compile detailed reports that identify areas for ongoing enhancement. Additionally, you will provide training to staff members to ensure effective interpretation and usage of data visualizations throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Between 5 to 7 years of professional experience in business operations or data management roles.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in creating SQL queries for reporting and data extraction.
- 1 to 2 years working with report writing software.
- In-depth knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems and proficiency in SQL.
- Strong understanding of standard business practices along with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite with advanced skills in data automation and management systems.
Technical Proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Adobe, and Outlook. Familiarity with Financial Edge, PaperSave, and SharePoint is desirable.
