Job description
Role overview
PMI Growth Group is looking for a performance-focused creative designer who understands what makes people pause on social media. This role is not about producing standard content; it is about spotting trends, identifying attention-grabbing hooks, and turning those insights into creatives that capture interest and drive results.
You will work across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta, observing what holds attention and translating that understanding into effective creative assets for well-known brands. Rather than simply following briefs, you will take ownership, shape the creative direction, and contribute actively to the work delivered to clients.
Responsibilities
Your work will cover video, static, and concept development, with a strong focus on performance and audience psychology.
- Create, edit, and improve video ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, and YouTube Shorts using DaVinci Resolve as your primary editing environment.
- Focus on performance-driven editing by evaluating hooks, curiosity gaps, retention points, pacing, sound, and platform-specific storytelling.
- Design image ads, carousel ads, and other social assets that look strong and are built to convert, not just to impress visually.
- Apply principles such as visual hierarchy, compelling headlines, buying triggers, advertising psychology, and brand-appropriate visual language.
- Study successful posts, ads, and creators every day to identify patterns that can be turned into fresh creative ideas for clients.
- Use AI tools in day-to-day work for research, ideation, image generation, creative production, and faster workflows.
- Contribute original concepts, question briefs when needed, and develop solutions rather than simply completing tasks.
- Collaborate closely with project management, the creative team, and leadership from initial idea through to final output.
Requirements
- Strong command of DaVinci Resolve.
- Practical experience editing social media videos.
- Experience creating image ads and static creatives.
- Confident use of Photoshop, Canva, or similar design software.
- A sharp instinct for trends, hooks, and attention-grabbing content.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and how they differ in audience behavior and dynamics.
- Independent, structured, and organized working style.
- High level of creativity and personal initiative.
- Genuine interest in social media, marketing psychology, user behavior, creative strategy, advertising, trends, and performance marketing.
- Openness to working with AI tools such as Midjourney, FLUX, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and a basic understanding of Meta Ads.
What makes this role attractive
You will be trusted with projects rather than micromanaged. The role offers room to contribute ideas, shape creative work, and take real responsibility. You will work on recognizable brands with ambitious standards, giving you the chance to grow through challenging assignments.
Your work will have visible impact, with ideas being heard and implemented instead of getting stuck in long approval loops. You will work closely with management, project teams, and clients, and your creative output can directly influence results.
AI is part of the company’s everyday workflow, not just a buzzword. The team actively tests new technologies, shares knowledge internally, and continuously improves its processes. Growth is supported through honest feedback, mutual challenge, sparring, and learning opportunities.
The team works with ambition, communicates openly, supports one another, and celebrates strong results together.
Application materials
Please submit a CV, portfolio or work samples, your salary expectation, and your availability. You are also asked to share one creative piece you consider particularly strong and briefly explain why it works, which hook it uses, what stop-moments you notice, and what you would improve.
