Role overview
You will join a lean, high-performing remote team based in Germany that manages more than €65 million in yearly ad spend across Google and native advertising channels for over 40 direct-to-consumer brands. The environment is fast-moving, data-led, and free from unnecessary bureaucracy, with a strong focus on producing advertising that drives conversions.
Employment details
This is a permanent, full-time position. The role is fully remote within Germany.
Salary is set at €40,000 to €55,000 per year, depending on experience. The position includes 25 days of holiday and a 6-month probation period.
What you will do
- Create persuasive advertorials and long-form sales copy for health, beauty, and supplement products aimed at a 45+ audience that is cautious and has often been disappointed by past products.
- Shape effective messaging angles by reviewing customer feedback, forum discussions, support enquiries, and advertising performance data to identify the true purchase motivators.
- Use in-house AI workflows to produce initial drafts, then refine and elevate them until the final output reads like fully human-written copy.
- Monitor the performance of your own work and respond quickly to results: if CTR or CVR drops, determine whether the issue lies with the hook, lead, or angle, and publish a stronger version within 24 hours.
- Produce multiple test variations at the same time while maintaining speed and quality.
Required experience and skills
You should have 2 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in direct response or performance copywriting, ideally gained in an agency or freelance setting. German at native level (C2) is mandatory. You must understand core direct-response principles such as hooks, PAS, mechanisms, proof, objection handling, and calls to action. The role also calls for strong self-management, reliable deadline delivery, and the ability to use AI tools while turning their output into polished, human-quality copy.
Additional qualifications
Experience with advertorials for native ad networks such as Taboola or Outbrain, exposure to D2C categories like health, beauty, or supplements, and familiarity with the Google Ads ecosystem would be advantageous.
Important dealbreakers
