Role Overview

We are seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator responsible for operating and sustaining enterprise PeopleSoft platforms, ensuring their operational reliability, optimized performance, security, and continuous availability.

Primary Duties

• Manage PeopleSoft application and web server infrastructures, batch jobs, and overall environment upkeep.
• Execute system patching, version upgrades, database refreshes, optimize performance, and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents while adhering to change, problem, and request management frameworks.
• Maintain detailed technical documentation, procedural manuals, and audit trails for compliance.
• Work in coordination with infrastructure, application teams, and external vendors to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Candidate Profile

• Possess 3 to 5+ years of practical experience in PeopleSoft system administration or supporting enterprise applications.
• Experienced in managing PeopleSoft app and web servers, handling batch processes, applying patches, upgrades, and conducting database refresh tasks.
• Familiar with operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), database management, virtualization technologies like VMware, backup and recovery solutions, along with system monitoring utilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills familiar with ITIL-based operational support methodologies.
• Prior experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions module is advantageous.

Certifications Preferred

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft Windows Server or Azure Certifications
• Linux or VMware Certifications
• PeopleSoft or Oracle Certifications
