About the Role

Cantor Fitzgerald is seeking a Pension Administrator to join their Dublin-based Wealth Management team on a permanent full-time basis. This role focuses mainly on handling pension administrative activities in line with the firm's approved pension licenses, along with providing excellent service to both direct pension clients and intermediary clients associated with the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive administrative tasks within the Pensions Division.
  • Maintain communication with clients and service providers to ensure timely response to inquiries.
  • Uphold strict service standards for both new business and existing clients.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments of Cantor Fitzgerald to resolve ongoing issues efficiently.
  • Comply with internal policies and controls, regularly reviewing and implementing procedural updates where necessary.

Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of operational risk within financial operations.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to independently address and resolve queries.
  • Capable of working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral, combined with solid numeracy abilities.
  • Good teamwork skills and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.

Requirements

  • At least two years' experience in a comparable position, preferably within a financial institution.
