Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a committed and experienced PCB Solderer and Wiring Assembler to join our team permanently in Poole. This role involves various hands-on assembly tasks including cable preparation and soldering with a focus on quality and precision.
Key Duties
- Stripping and preparing cables for assembly.
- Crimping and assembling cable looms.
- Attaching terminals to cable ends.
- Performing fundamental soldering tasks and minor PCB soldering work.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of two years’ experience in cable or PCB soldering or extensive hands-on work with prototype wiring.
Working Hours and Compensation
- Working days from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Early finish on Friday at 1:30 PM.
- Competitive salary offered depending on level of soldering experience.
- Permanent employment status granted following a successful 12-week probation period.
