About the Role

We are looking for a meticulous and dependable Payroll Specialist to oversee and execute payroll processing for the Italian market. This role is crucial for ensuring that employee payroll is managed accurately and delivered punctually. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding compliance with all relevant company policies, Italian labor laws, tax regulations, and established payroll procedures, while rigorously maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive employee data.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute monthly payroll processing for employees with precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Scrutinize attendance records, overtime calculations, leave balances, and timesheets to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Accurately input attendance, overtime, leave balances, and timesheet data into the payroll system.
