Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare payroll calculations for a designated group of employees.
- Maintain and manage personnel master data from hiring to termination.
- Record variable compensation components and monitor time management records.
- Ensure accurate processing and posting of all payroll-relevant data.
- Manage salary adjustments, salary conversions, and fringe benefits per legal guidelines.
- Generate certificates, statistics, and reports for authorities, social insurance providers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct correspondence with authorities and health insurance providers.
- Support monthly closings and prepare analyses for accounting and controlling.
- Independently manage payroll tax and social security audits.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training successfully.
- Several years of work experience in payroll accounting.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax, social security, and collective bargaining law.
- Familiarity with travel expense regulations is advantageous.
- Proficient in common HR and payroll systems, ideally Paisy.
- Methodical and meticulous in daily work with a high degree of service orientation.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment working with various stakeholders.
- Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
