- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and letter handling, with care and accuracy.
- Keeping the reception desk and surrounding area organised and presentable.
- Supporting smooth handovers between colleagues and completing core administration tasks such as patient registrations and record updates.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate is a confident, friendly communicator who can stay professional and patient in a busy environment. You should be comfortable working under pressure, especially when dealing with multiple phone calls and varied administrative duties. Experience in healthcare or administration is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
