Job description
Company overview
25hours Hotels in Frankfurt brings together two distinctive hotel worlds: one inspired by adventurous global journeys and another shaped by the stories of celebrated personalities. Diversity is a core part of the brand’s identity, along with a relaxed, informal workplace where the team enjoys pizza Fridays, playful office activities, and the chance to learn across departments. The environment is young, friendly, and built on flat hierarchies.
Role overview
This bartending position focuses on delivering attentive guest service and keeping the bar operating smoothly throughout the day. The role suits someone who can stay composed in a busy setting, take ownership of shift preparation and closing tasks, and serve drinks with energy and consistency.
Key duties
In this role, you will work closely with teammates to support guests from the beginning to the end of service. You will prepare everything needed for the shift, ensure the area is tidied once service is complete, and handle responsibilities independently even during hectic periods. A major part of the job is preparing and serving drinks.
Profile sought
The company places more value on personality than on a long CV. Ideal candidates have completed a hotel and catering course and already have some bar experience. The role also calls for someone who can encourage colleagues, share responsibility for rota planning and bar organisation, and bring both skill and character to the job. Applicants who want to build first-hand experience in bar service are welcome.
Benefits and workplace culture
Team members can stay at 25hours Hotels for free for up to 10 nights per year. As part of Ennismore, they also receive attractive discounts on bars, restaurants, and hotel stays worldwide. Additional perks are available through partner offers. The company is open to part-time work, mini-jobs, and other adjustments that help align work with personal circumstances. Staff events and lively celebrations are also part of the package.
