About the Opportunity
Credent Partners USA assists with recruiting patients for medtech and biotech clinical trials throughout the United States via the Medtack Patient Recruitment Platform. A core part of this work is the Patient Enrollment Center, where the team connects with people who have already shown interest in taking part in specific studies. The company is looking to add empathetic, detail-focused professionals to the team as Patient Enrollment Counselors on a flexible, zero-hours contract.
Role Overview
In this position, you will oversee the full pre-screening process for applicants and serve as a primary contact, helping them through each step with professionalism, clarity, and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to pre-screened applicants through phone and online communication channels.
- Explain details about specific clinical trials in a clear and accurate manner.
- Handle applicant queries with empathy and a professional approach.
- Carry out pre-screening interviews approved by an IRB.
- Assist with obtaining relevant medical records whenever needed.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and ensure steady follow-up across the process.
Candidate Profile
The ideal person is self-driven and comfortable doing meaningful work that supports clinical research. You should be capable of working independently as a contractor within a remote, US-based team and be dependable, ethical, and trustworthy.
