Maryborough Hotel is seeking a Pastry Chef to join its pastry team in Cork. The role calls for a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable kitchen setting, along with a strong sense of creativity, originality, and professionalism.
You will work within a high-standard pastry section and support the Executive Chef by helping maintain an excellent level of production and service. The position is suited to someone who can contribute ideas, uphold quality, and assist in leading the pastry operation.

Requirements
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or working environment
- Capability to oversee and manage a kitchen section
- Good understanding of the food sector and current culinary trends
- Comfortable working collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong customer service abilities
- Consistently professional appearance
- Valid and full working visa is mandatory
