Job description
Role Overview
Mr Bottle's Kids Party is looking for enthusiastic team members to help deliver themed children’s parties and events. The work involves planning, research, coordination, and hands-on execution for 2–3 hour events, with a strong focus on creating a smooth and memorable experience for customers.
Opportunities Available
- Permanent full-time role with a 5-day workweek, including weekends.
- Permanent full-time role focused on weekends and selected weekdays, with weekday assignments discussed in advance.
- Permanent part-time role on an ad-hoc basis.
What You Will Learn
- How to engage and manage children while working alongside the Mr Bottle team.
- How to set up decorations and collaborate with the Taiwan design team.
- How to run popular themed parties such as mystery, science, and LEGO events.
- How to design your own events, as long as they align with the company’s values.
Responsibilities
- Help create positive experiences and support the company’s work with children and youths at risk in school settings.
- Set up decorations, run activity booths, and manage party or event flow so customer expectations are met.
- Support and supervise part-time team members as you gain more experience.
- For full-time staff, liaise with clients, suppliers, and designers to keep projects on track.
- For full-time staff, identify suppliers, request quotations, and support vendor selection.
- For full-time staff, coordinate event logistics and related planning tasks.
Requirements
- A cheerful, positive attitude and the ability to interact well with children.
- Comfort speaking and presenting in front of children during workshops or activity sessions.
- Willingness to learn and follow the company’s specialised party programmes to deliver them accurately.
- Availability to work on weekends, since most events take place then.
- For full-time roles, the schedule includes weekend work plus three weekdays for preparation.
- Open to candidates who want to begin on a part-time basis before moving into a full-time role.
- Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or Permanent Residents.
