Job description
Role overview
The Parts Advisor role is focused on increasing parts sales by responding quickly and accurately to customer questions and orders, whether received face-to-face or by phone. The position is expected to deliver a strong customer experience while operating within Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. Ltd. policies and procedures.
What you will do
- Handle routine daily tasks in a way that keeps operations running smoothly and without interruption.
- Support efforts to improve processes and working practices, with attention to regional and international best practices, better productivity, and lower operating costs.
- Help prepare clear and timely reports on parts sales in line with department standards and company requirements.
- Accept customer cash payments, verify the amount received, and complete the required paperwork according to company policy in a courteous and customer-friendly manner.
- Welcome customers, listen carefully to their concerns and needs, and ask the right questions to understand what they are looking for.
- Deal with workshop staff and customers professionally and politely, always maintaining a strong service mindset.
- Help customers find the correct parts by checking other branches, searching the local market, or arranging overseas orders when needed.
- Build solid product knowledge in the parts function to support customer confidence and satisfaction.
- Recommend the right parts to customers so they leave satisfied, complaints are reduced, and sales are improved.
- Suggest additional accessories and related items proactively to grow sales and improve the overall customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase parts and workshop revenue through add-on sales based on customer needs.
- Track discounts to ensure they stay within department limits and company rules.
- Work in line with all applicable policies, SOPs, and departmental instructions to ensure consistent and controlled execution.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental requirements to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
- Make sure technicians use personal protective equipment at all times and report any damage or missing items to management.
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- High school education is required; a technical diploma is preferred.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
