Role Overview

The Partnerships Manager position is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. This role’s primary responsibility is to discover, establish, and oversee strategic collaborations between the comedy creators at The Gold Studios and a variety of global brand partners. Daily duties include targeting prospective partners, steering pitch presentations, negotiating terms, and fostering robust relationships with brand and agency contacts.

The role necessitates close cooperation with creators, production units, and account managers to design and execute campaigns that harmonize brand goals with creator content, while tracking the effectiveness of partnership initiatives. Additional responsibilities include monitoring industry and market trends, generating reports on partnership outcomes, and contributing ideas toward the company’s long-term expansion plans.

Qualifications

  • Between six months and one year of relevant experience managing creator partnerships.

  • Strong analytical capabilities for evaluating campaign results and partnership impact to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, plus confidence in delivering presentations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience within media, entertainment, influencer marketing, or digital content environments is highly advantageous.
  • Availability to work on-site in New York City, collaborating seamlessly with cross-departmental colleagues.
  • Negotiation expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and aptitude for meeting deadlines in a dynamic setting.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a comparable discipline—or equivalent practical experience.
